Gingerbread
Recipe for ginger liqueur
Ginger root has warming and antibacterial properties. So it is worth preparing ginger soup, which will put us back on our feet faster.
- 10 dag of ginger root
- 2 lemons
- 10 dag of sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 0,75 ml vodka
- Wash and peel the lemon. Remove the white parts from the lemon and the peel (they give bitterness to the ginger). Cut the lemons into eights, combine with washed and sliced ginger. Pour alcohol, add sugar and honey. Shake the jar every few days. After two months, pour off the liquor, strain it and pour into bottles. After a month the tincture is fit for consumption
