Blue Lagoon Recipe

• 50 ml vodka
• 15 ml of blue curacao
• a few drops of lemon juice
• lemonade to top it up
• a slice of lemon for decoration

The Blue Lagoon drink derives its name from the popular 1980s movie starring Brooke Shields. It owes its characteristic colour to blue curacao - a liqueur made from the peels of bitter oranges. The preparation of the drink is very simple. Just mix all the ingredients except the lemonade with ice cubes in a glass, top up with lemonade, stir, decorate with a slice of lemon.
