Coffee liqueur recipe
Milk liqueur with coffee is a proposal for those who like sweet white coffee. However, it will also find amateurs among lovers of small black coffee. The liqueur has the consistency of cream and is delicious after 24 hours.
- 1 can (½ liter) sweetened condensed milk
- 0.75 litres of vodka
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
Put the can of milk in a pot with water and cook over low heat for 2,5 - 3 hours. When the milk has cooled down pour it into a tall container. Mix by slowly pouring in alcohol until the right consistency is obtained. Dissolve coffee in a tablespoon of hot water. Mix and you can pour into bottles. Instead of coffee you can add scented oil to the cake e.g. vanilla, orange or mix a few flavours and get your favourite one this way.
