Recipe for cranberry liqueur
Cranberries are forest fruits with a beautiful red color. They are rich in vitamins A and C. Their components improve the condition of people exposed to stress, cardiovascular diseases and some cancers. Dishes with cranberries not only support digestion, but also destroy harmful bacteria in the digestive system, including Helicobacter pylori responsible for gastric ulcers.
Cranberry tincture is not only healthy, it is also tasty and original. It has a deep red color and slightly sour, refreshing taste. It is perfect for drinks e.g. with orange juice.
- 6 cups of cranberries
- 0.5 l spirit 95%
- 0.5 l of vodka 40%
- 2 cups of sugar
- glass of water
Rinsed cranberries grind in a meat grinder. Put the mixture into a jar, pour the spirit, close tightly and set aside for two weeks. Pour the contents of the jar through a sieve lined with tetra or linen, squeeze hard. Add vodka and warm syrup made of water and sugar, stir. After a month, strain it, pour into bottles, and set aside to clarify for six months.
