Cherry with mint
Recipe for cherry liqueur with mint
- 1 kg cherries
- 3 sprigs of mint
- ½ liter of vodka
- ½ liter of spirit
- 20 dag of sugar
Wash the cherries carefully, core them. Peel off the mint leaves, wash, dry. Cherries with leaves pour the vodka and spirit, leave for 2 weeks. After this time, pour off the alcohol into a separate container. Cover the cherries with sugar. After a week, when the sugar dissolves, squeeze the juice from the cherries through a thick gauze. Combine the juice with alcohol. Put the cherry vodka away for two or three months.
