Cherries
Recipe for cherry liqueur
- 1 kg of cherries
- 1 litre of vodka
- ½ kg of sugar
The secret of this tincture is fruit - choose ripe, sweet cherries, which should be washed and picked. Put cut cherries into a jar and pour vodka, you can add a few cloves. After two months, pour off the liqueur and put sugar on the fruit. When the fruits let go of the juice and the sugar dissolves completely, combine the juice with the tincture, filter and leave in a cool place for another two months.
