Recipe for seed tincture
Pestkowka is an original way to make an almond-flavored liqueur that is made from apple seeds.
- cup of apple or quince seeds
- 1 litre of vodka
- 25 dag of sugar
In the jar, put all the ingredients, leave for three weeks. Often move the jar - sugar should dissolve. Collect the liquor through a sieve lined with linen, you can use coffee filters, pour into bottles. Set aside for a month to settle down. The liqueur is ready to drink. Of course, it will be better if it sits for a while.
It can also be added to drinks. It goes well with other liqueurs, such as cherry liqueur.
